Created on 01 October 1974 in partnership with the company Dorsch Consult INGENIEURGESEUSCHAFT MBH under German law. the Algerian Society for Infrastructures Study (SAETI) has undergone a modification of its statutes, it has since January 1, 2012 become 100% EPE-SAETI-Spa, a subsidiary of the GEICA group of companies in 2016, under the supervision of Ministry of Public Works and Transport.

The EPE-SAETI-Spa has to its credit a capital of experience of more than 40 years, over the course of which has developed a know-how of national and international level in the field of studies, control, monitoring, 'assistance and expertise in road, motorway, engineering structures, aerodromes and railways.
